STM & Lunch | Sun June 9

Join Kate in our event space for an afternoon of movement, connection and a delicious lunch!

12-1pm • A mindful exercise class that blends Dance, Pilates, & Therapeutic Movement to various musical genres.Don't forget to bring your yoga mat! If you don't have one, we have a few extras available.

1-1:30pm • A delicious wood-fired pizza lunch complete with a starter salad and delectable dessert (dairy-fee and gluten-free options available). Includes a glass of non-alcoholic sparkling beverage.

🍷 Glasses of wine or cider will also be available for purchase at the bar during lunch.

✨ PLUS Kate will be hosting an STM Gem giveaway during this event! 

🎶 You can also look forward to live music on our outdoor stage from 1-4pm, providing a delightful atmosphere for your enjoyment after lunch. 🍕 Additionally, we will be serving our wood-fired pizza from 11-4pm.

⏰ Pre-registration is required and any cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be ineligible for reimbursement.
