Cranberry Red Wine Vinegar


The tart and bold flavours of the Muskoka cranberries come out in this one. Add a handful of dried cranberries to your salad of mixed greens, no need to add oil, a little salt and pepper, splash the cranberry vinegar over the top and you’re set. In coleslaw mix the vinegar with mayo, and dried cranberries. Pour over turkey leftovers, Very festive, very tasty! Great at Thanksgiving or Christmas!
