🌟 Soul-Tone Breathe & Stretch Class 🌟

Join Kate for an outdoor low-impact flow where we breathe, stretch, and strengthen our bodies to music! This class is an excellent introduction to STM workouts, focusing on the fundamentals of somatic and therapeutic movement.

This isn’t just any workout—your participation directly supports a great cause! 100% of the proceeds will go to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes, helping animals in need.

🖼️ After class, take a moment to explore the local art show in our event space that day.

🍕 We also serve wood-fired pizza on Saturdays from 11am-4:30pm.
