STM & Lunch | Sun Aug 11
Join Kate in our event space for an afternoon of movement, connection and lunch!
12-1pm • A mindful exercise class that blends Dance, Pilates, & Therapeutic Movement to various musical genres. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat! If you don't have one, we have a few extra available.
1-1:30pm • A delicious wood-fired pizza lunch complete with a starter salad and delectable dessert (dairy-fee and gluten-free options available). Includes a glass of non-alcoholic sparkling beverage.
✨ PLUS Kate will be hosting an STM Gem giveaway during this event!

🎶 You can also enjoy live local music playing on our outdoor stage from 1-4pm.
🍕 Additionally, we will be serving our wood-fired pizza from 11-4pm.
🍷 Glasses of wine or cider will also be available for purchase.
