Jamaican Jerk Dip

A classic Caribbean flavour… sure to tantalize those taste buds. This can be used as a dip or seasoning for meat, chicken or fish.

Directions: Add 1 package to 1 cup of sour cream and 1 cup of mayonnaise, blend well, chill.
Healthy Alternative: Use 1 cup of low fat sour cream (or yogurt) and 1 package of light cream cheese to keep your dip thick and creamy.

Ingredients: Dehydrated Onions, Garlic Powder, Cayenne, Parsley, Allspice, Paprika, Ground Black Pepper, Crushed Peppers, Nutmeg, Cinnamon & Thyme
